The Washingtonienne, Revisited

Perhaps this post is not quite timely, but what the heck (or, as Stephen Yan used to say, "Wok the heck?). You may recall the uproar, in the spring of ought four, over the expose of the "Washingtonienne", aka Jessica Cutler. She was a whorish, yet physically attractive, young D.C. intern who wrote about her sexual exploits on the 'net, primarily to entertain her coterie of chums. These activities involved a number of older male sex partners, many of whom were relatively important mandarins in the D.C. apparatus. Apparently, her sex partners were easily identifiable, despite the use of initials, and the sordid information she revealed, as well as her general nymphomania and slurs against her employers, resulted in a quick canning once her blog was found out by the wider world. Of course, there is always a second act in the Pax Americana, and she promptly cashiered her infamy into a Playboy spread and book deal.

The blog, which has been re-released in time for the holidays at http://washingtoniennearchive.blogspot.com/ , is a facsinating read. Numerous tidbits will delight. For example, the fair Jessica is showered with money by her various sugar daddies, some of whom display a strong fondness for Grecian sensuality in the bed chamber. It shows how pathetic and hard-up men can be in the presence of a young chick who gives it up after a few drinks, even up the keister if you ask nicely. It illustrates that the courtesan's arts are alive and well in the halls of power. Thankfully for the reader, the feminist hordes on the nation's campuses failed to eradicate the practice in the real world.

The Quintonian has chosen to revisit this subject in order to promote full disclosure. Like Ms. Cutler's late blog, this journal cuts no corners in its relish for Sex in the City-style personal diarizing. Therefore, commencing immediately, our own exploits and peccadilloes will be presented in journal form, to give you a snapshot of our own sexy adventures:

Saturday - Watched the Leafs vs. the Stars. The Stars won. Had a pint of Blue at the bar.

Sunday - Watched the Bills vs. the Patriots on t.v. Ate Kraft Dinner. Bought a pair of Manolo Blahniks
